My comments on tutoring Computer : I know a significant amount about computers. I'm building my own...

I have taught classes on aviation related subjects for my Civil Air Patrol. I was homeschooled all the way to the college level, and I remember a lot of subjects in great detail. I have not taught classes at a high school or college. Generally speaking, I have a vast area of knowledge and I know I can help you with your learning needs!
I will ask the student how they learn a subject the best, and help them with their problem by reinforcing basic concepts and then adding on to those concepts. Also, I am a motivator; I will help the student understand that the subject is learnable and maybe even enjoyable to learn!

A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy teaching adults as well as high school students. I do not have much training teaching below junior high; however, I am confident that I could successfully teach math or language. Although, I don't mind the traditional classroom setting, I am quite used to instructing on a one-to-one basis. Our GED programs are completely individualized for learners to move at their own pace, and I encourage this type of teaching style when manageable. Many of the students/adults that I have worked with have a learning disability of some sort, but I feel that I learn from each student just as much as they are learning from me. I try showing different ways of looking at something so the child will understand one way or another. I stress creativity and working things out for yourself as that is needed in life.
