I aided them in so as they were able to shape their business proposal so that it would fit the necessary criteria to recieve various grants. I am an accomplished writer, public speaker and independent business owner. I first must one hundred percent become knowledgeable and comfortable with the material I will be teaching. I have been told that I explain things well. 1) Give the person you are turtoring an opportunity to tell you where they are having a problem. 2) While working through problems monitor the person you are tutoring to see if there are other problems. 3) Suggest changes. Never force them. There isn't one correct way. Make a suggestion on how to improve and explain why you are making the suggestion. 4) Do multiple versions of a similar problem. Having graduated with a degree in elementary education, I have learned the variety of students' learning styles and know how to target each child's unique style of learning. With a strong background in reading, English, and history throughout high school and college courses, I have been able to use engaging activities and multiple strategies to tutor and teach others.
