Private and group lessons- Beginner Level Dance!

No matter the technique, I always start with a thorough warm up. I begin with relaxing exercises and lead into more rigorous and conditioning exercises. I then move on to teaching and reviewing the technique. I always make sure the client has a basic understanding of the form before moving onto more advance movement. I end with repertory/choreography to further develop the clients understanding of the movement and implement their findings into practical means. My comments on tutoring Creative Writing : I have been teaching writing for 30 years at LaGuardia Community College, in NYC. I have helped many students from around the world to express themselves in the English language. I am patient and understanding.

In my experience, the majority of students are highly motivated. This is, for me, the key to success. I began teaching at eighteen. I’d just graduated high school and wasn’t ready for college, so I worked as a personal trainer at a gym within jogging distance of my house. Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! I am an accomplished writer, having kept a journal for more than thirty years. I have taught creative writing in high schools and colleges, using a special system, Writing Floes, to help students melt their writing blocks away.

I spent several years in Omaha teaching creative writing at the High School and College level, giving classes at Creighton University, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Metro Tech. The program was called Writing Floes. The basic idea is that our ideas are frozen in the oceans of our unconscious minds. Music melts the ice.
