As both a lead instructor and a supervisor, I have developed training programs that engage students, enhance their level of learning, all while benchmarking these programs against the standards set forth by the USAF,NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards applicable. Everyone has different learning styles, and in order to be successful in any training, tutoring or teaching you must first get to know the student.
