My teaching style involves demonstrating how to understand a problem or perform a task before I ask the student to do so. By facilitating students in such a way, I believe they have a more one-on-one learning experience, as opposed to a strict lecture setting. With guidance and demonstration, I believe it is easier for students to learn without pressure.
I have a BS in journalism, and a specialization in advertising/integrated marketing communications. I also have minors in English and psychology. A Little Bit About Me...

My motivation for applying to Advanced Learners is two-fold: primarily, teaching is something that I am passionate about and is our “family business” so to speak, my parents have a combined fifty plus years in education, it is through this noble cause that they have chosen to give back to the community.
