A Little Bit About Me...

I have taken statistics and gotten an A in the course and still have all course materials to give a general overview of statistics and how to use SPSS. I am knowledgeable on the software and would be able to answer questions on statistics because of how well I did and how I used to help others who struggled with the class.
My teaching style is to have a set of problems made up for the students to observe as examples to help understand certain chapters. I will assign additional problems if needed and focus on the subject matter that is the hardest for the individual to understand.

A Little Bit About Me...

From working with various types of students, I have learned that not everyone can learn material in the same manner. I myself am able to relearn and understand material very quickly and effectively. It is this skill that has allowed me to help friends, "little brothers," and teammates learn material that was previously a struggle for them. Teaching young people and seeing them succeed is such a reward. Many students find the conventional school setting difficult and work with greater success in a one on one setting. Getting to know the student and his or her learning style along with some background enables a tutor to create an atmosphere where the student will be most successful.
