Japanese is one of my top subjects! Japan has always been close to my heart. I am a high beginner and can tutor with the basic hiragana, katakana and very basic kanji, as well as a bit of grammar and some vocabulary.

I am currently a student at the University of South Florida, seeking a Bachelor's degree in German Studies. I have some background in International Studies, specifically with Latin America and some in the Middle East. Predominately, however, I have done foreign language studies from a young age. I began studying Japanese language, culture and custom at 14 and have a basic understanding of it. I studied German for two years in high school and went on to live as an exchange student in Northeastern Germany for one year during my Junior year. While I was there, I attended a German high school, lived with a local host family and gained near native fluency throughout the course of my time there. I believe all children can enjoy eating broccoli. I find this works best if the broccoli is smothered with cheese and accompanied on the plate with something fried. I have found that overeating is a very effective way to teach the student dangerous gastric consequences. I demonstrate this by ordering pizza, allowing them to eat as much as they want, and then immediately afterwards giving them free reign to various quarts of ice cream. I know I can make a difference in every students' stomach.
After graduating cum laude from Yale University with a PhD in Eating, I interned for two years at Dunkin Donuts, fine tuning my skills in eating pastries.
