I earned a degree in biology with a minor in forensic Psychology. Although Biology was my major, I took math classes from Pre-calculus to differential equations although i did not need it but because I loved math. Not every method works for every child; with one exception, patience. I demonstrate and exemplify patience. If a child feels as though they are in an atmosphere where they are safe, free of ridicule and bias, then they are willing to perform. This process can be a give take scenario however.
