I have been a Paraprofessional in an Inclusion setting classroom for the past 13 years. I am responsible for making sure that SPED students IEP is implemented and followed. I assist students in small groups as well as one on one. I have dealt with students with all types of disabilities such as LD, Ed, Add, ADHD, and OHI. My comments on tutoring Special Education : Working with students or people that need a little extra help is my calling in life and I enjoy doing it. It takes a lot of patience and I have the patience of "Job."

I have 11 years of experience as a Paraprofessional on the secondary level. I work with children that have all kinds of learning disabilities and mild behavior problems. I have great skills in managing small groups of students and can carry out any accomodations on an IEP. I am fair, fun, but firm. Which means I want to make sure that you understand the lesson well and that you are capable of doing work like this whenever the need arises.
My teaching style varies according to the student. I am able to adjust to the needs of the person or person I am tutoring.
