I enjoy working with kids of all a ages and skill levels! My passion is working with kids who are special education, or those who need more one on one time. Math was always a struggle for me so I enjoy working with kids who need extra support with math/algebra. Prior to changing my undergraduate major to Geography, I was an elementary education major. I have always enjoyed working with students; however, at the time I wanted to try something different and is how I ended up working as a Park Ranger for the National Park Service (NPS). My experiences with NPS have allowed me to teach in an informal setting, by educating the public about their national parks. I also have the opportunity to present curriculum based education programs in grades K-5 about different aspects in NPS.
