My passion is to teach, although retired, I will, always be a teacher, and that is why I want to teach. Due to the experiences I have had, I have become very proficient in my field. I will tutor or teach, by developing an individual learning plan, which begins with informal assessment, establishing, tangible learning goals, and targets implementation, and then, concludes with a final assessment to make sure benchmarks were reached. The parent and students will be assisting the tutor with designing and implementing the course of action to be taken. My philosophy is that success is based on hard work and commitment.
