The best way to describe my teaching style without being technical is to state that at teachers' college, I took the top prize in teaching technique after being observed in the classroom by two university professors. At the university level, I discovered that my classes were always full, and I discovered subsequently through the grapevine that the students were saying that "this guy is really funny; take his class, for you are going to learn through fun."

My experience has been primarily with children within my school or those around my neighborhood. I find that children are more capable of learning in a stable environment that they are familiar with. Children respond well with well timed incentives and subtle reprimands of lost focus. Students are more likely to acknowledge a lack of concentration skills once their intelligence is put into question. Under my tutoring students are able to concentrate more and see an improvement in their grades. Ill behaved children are more likely to round out their behavior once an appropriate hobby is acquired for them and holds their interests. All materials should be produced based on the individual child's rights.

In one project, students learned about homelessness in Palm Beach County, Florida and throughout the United States. I have over 37 years experience managing peoply in Supply Chain management and material acquisition. In this role I designed and wrote courses. Using Power Point presentations I taught courses in my field to over 100 students in classes as small as ten to as large as fifty.
