I focus on troublesome areas and I spend many hours planning each class. I prefer to let students come up with their own decisions, and craft their responses into the key ideas of the lesson. I believe that flexibility is key, and this strategy makes the students feel comfortable with discussing and thinking on their own terms.

I believe in setting goals and working to ensure they are accomplished. In my opinion, learning should never feel like a boring chore.
