My drive for knowledge enabled me to complete three degrees by the age of 22. I have high grades in all my classes as well as the extra science and writing classes I take on the side. As a teacher's-assistant for children ages 4-6 I have been able to gain experience working with them one on one and in whole groups for almost two years. I have work with special education student, as well as advance placement student. I have only noticed one difference with each group and that is the pace that the classroom goes in. Although I enjoy working with small groups or one on one with student I believe that I am able to work with more then ten students at a time. I really try to let the kids explain to me how they interoperate the dictation first and then help them a long. During my studies at USU I worked at Adams Elementary both as a Teachers Aid as well as a Mentor during the After School Program. I worked one-on-one as well as in groups of students grade k-5. This position was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable that I've had and would love to continue. I have also taught American Sign Language at the University in their ASL Labs for a year.
