All kids can learn no matter what their disability!

I have been teaching special education for over 6 years. I've taught low functioning students with Learning disabilities, autism, MR, etc... Some kids learn at a different pace and some progress, while it may not be much, opens the door to confidence and hope. Helping Others To Accomplish Their Goals

I have worked with various needy students who have been classified as learning disabled, or those who know they are in need for assistance. My experiences vary, as I worked with older children in filling out applications for jobs and to prepare for jobs. I also, have worked with many adults on writing papers for college preparation or with helping their children on writing tasks. I have worked with young children on phonics and reading readiness.

I'm only 17 years old but I have tons of tutoring experience since I was 13. All of my friends would come to me to get tutored and to study for test. And teachers would always select me to help kids who were struggling. I would help with any subject but math would be my strong side. I would and still do make straight 100's in math and love tutoring people in math. I've always thought about being a math teacher myself.
