I Help Students Tackle Math With Confidence!

I bring both personality and creativity to math sessions, and I am concerned with the intellectual and emotional well-being of all tutees/students. Critical thinking skills and untraditional ways are what I focus on. However the way someone learns, I will try to set the individual up to show how they learn and work with them. GED is one of my top subjects!

I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science emphasis on Mathematics. I have been an educator most of my career. I began as a Substitute Teacher from Kindergarten to high school Physical Education you name it I taught it - this was not what I wanted to do at the time, but as I reminiscence now it was a pleasurable experience. My comments on tutoring GED : Passed virtual testing.

My method of tutoring is to work with students where they are and add to their skills, to accomplish the final outcome, preferably an "A" or "B." Some students are visual learners and some are informational learners, or some students combine the two. The potential I see in students is what I try to bring out and have them realize they are capable of going a step further, to reach their goal. The importance of education and the students' continuance of same cannot be stressed enough.
