My comments on tutoring Computer : I can't write you a program, but from getting used to a computer to setting up a local wifi network to installing new hardware components, I can help you out. I have worked as an IT assistant in a Charlotte based mortgage company where anything beyond sending funny pictures in the company email would have caused someone's head to explode, so I think I can help any student or eager adult grasp how to make the most out of man's new electronic best friend.

I'm a recent college graduate from NC State, with a degree in Creative Writing. However, the CW course instilled in me knowledge in a variety of fields from film to philosophy, and as a requirement of modern education made me more than just fluent in the language of computers. Teaching style depends on the subject, the type of material, and the student’s level and ability. The goal is to inspire a student to learn the study skills necessary to excel on their own. In a tutoring situation there is usually the immediate need (to pass a test) and the long term need to be able to succeed on their own. I try to balance these two goals but the guidance of the parents is most critical.
