I have always had the firm belief that educating is not done to pass a test or to achieve some other short term goal but is instead to provide students with tools so they can attain success for themselves. My goal, at any level of education is to uncover and embrace the individuals learning style to provide the groundwork and those tools necessary for success no matter the subject of interest. My experiences teaching has made me favor a very easy going and relaxing learning environment to allow students to express themselves in the most important way, by asking questions.
