Patient, charismatic, unique, outside-the-box teaching style

As a Sales & C.S. Trainer in a successful Call Center with over 25 yrs. experience, my role was to train phone reps to have a more pleasant, more successful “Contact Center Experience”, using scripting techniques, monitoring & tracking success and my own original training documents which were professional & challenging, yet fun & creative. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy watching others learn and come to the realization that they can achieve their goals. My teaching/tutoring style is relaxed and pro-active. The more the student discovers on their own with only a little coaching and encouragement will last longer than if someone shows every step. I believe in a practical hands one real world method. If what the student is learning is not relavent to the real world and their lives they are less likely to learn it.
I have 2 Years of teaching First Aid/ CPR/ AED at the American Red Cross. I also have 1 quarter of tutoring physics at Washington State Community College. I also instruct Pet CPR/First Aid for the American Red Cross. This is especially fulfilling when watching children learn that there is something they can do to help save their injured or sick pet. I believe that the most important role of an educator is to be able to recognize the learning style of the student. Once this is established the student can be successful. All students can learn given the opportunity and appropriate tools necessary to achieve their potential. I also believe that learning must be fun for students to actively engage in the process.
