While completing my masters in Special Education, I have learned creative ways to help children with special needs that I work with. While at Salisbury University, I studied Environmental Issues and firmly believe in the theory I learned that education in the beginning for everything. My initial approach is to ascertain exactly where the student stands prior to starting any course work. Students can be and are easily frustrated with work that is either beyond their ability or more advanced. Frustration can be either eliminated or reduced when students have a better understanding of their work.
