I believe all children are capable of mastering any subject given the proper dedication. My goal as a tutor is to lead a child to the euphoria of gaining skills needed to obtain a beneficial education. Four years tutoring at the undergraduate college level when I was an undergraduate student myself. This includes calculus 1&2&3 and college algebra. Also physics, chemistry and biology. Teaching children takes patience and creativity. Each child is different in their attention span and interests. Making each subject important and interesting is one place to start. It is crucial to never let a child give up, and not to give up on them yourself. My goal in teaching is to determine which way the child learns, for example a visual learning may need to draw out spelling words, where an audible learner needs to recite them.
