I have loved teaching and still keep in touch with many of my former students. In fact, I have taught many of their children! I seem to end up helping students with more than just their homework. I have always had a talent for understanding that not everyone "gets it the first time." I had much trouble with science myself. I have trained employees of all ages and backgrounds in both store operations and product facts. Me teaching style is similar to my leadership style, democratic. I like to have students explain what they are thinking when approaching a problem.
