My comments on tutoring SAT - Verbal : I have prepared students for the verbal portion of the SAT.

As a college graduate and a teacher, I have aspired to help students from K through college to achieve their goals and to be the best they can be. While pursuing my MA in Medieval Studies, an interdisciplinary degree combining history and literature, I was able to teach six sections of Medieval 145: Heroes and Villains. The sections averaged 40 undergraduate students of various ages and I enjoyed sharing my love of history and literature with them. At the same time, I was able to help shape their writing and research skills. I learned the ever-important lesson: if you can research it, you can teach it!
