I love to see the glimmer in students' eyes when they understand information and make the necessary connections. My first priority is to encourage students in obtaining the self-confidence for mastery. I believe that all some students need is a few successes to make a drastic difference in their performance. I teach students to view information in a new light, with new understandings, that is comfortable for them and that they can recall. I am patient, considerate, and challenging. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching and coaching students to excel is a gift, and I was blessed with that gift. I believe in teaching students in the manner in which they learn--whether they are visual, auditory, or a combination of both. I believe in tailoring my teaching style to the particular style that is best suited for the individual student by trying different approaches until finding the approach that is successful.
