If the student has no general learning difficulties and exhibits potential in other subjects, then I begin by creating a baseline and comfort level with the subject matter. I seek to set up small, achievable goals to illustrate that progress will come with time and effort. My focus is always on realistic progress based on established time constraints and includes some challenge to reach beyond expectations.
I have 40 years professional experience in Accounting, Budget, Auditing, Project Management and General Management.
