Excel to make calculations and analyze data using cells, ranges, tables, functions, charts and pivot tables to report quantitate information. Access to store, organize data and create queries. Visual Basic to write macros and sub routines. Word to write business letters and reports with headers, footers, table of content, references, pictures, tables and shapes.Power Point to build personal presentations with attractive slides and sound to interact with audiences and self-run slides. Integrate Access, Excel, Power Point, Word and Visual Basic.
I have many years’ experience as an Industrial Engineer and Management Consultant applying Excel, Power Point, Word, Access and Visual Basic to analyze data and prepare Management Reports in areas such as Procurement, Inventories, Manufacturing, MRP, Standard Cost, Sales and Distribution. I have used VBA to build Macros and Applications, and Visual Web Developer to create simple web sites. One of my last projects was to use Excel Pivot Tables to analyze SAP queries.
I am retired and my objective is to teach the use of computers at a personal and professional levels. At a personal, level my teaching centers on practical, day-to-day computer use. At a management level, I share my experience using computers to address business issues and to develop advanced applications of MS Office tools.
