If a student is a visual learner, I will use visual aids to illustrate the lesson. If a student is an auditory learner, I will concentrate on lecture or video instruction. The key to student learning is to engage the student's interest. In my military experience, I see all sorts of learning styles and ability levels. I am able to break down hard concepts of math/science/engineering so that regardless of learning style, we can work towards understanding.
