My comments on tutoring Science : Have a BS in chemistry with a minor in Biology. Have also studied most sciences at least at High School level.

As a Graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, I have obtained a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Minors in Math and Biology. I have gained knowledge in most of the sub-sets on those subjects as well as High School or College entry level in most other academic subjects. I graduated from my high school with honors. I have been in College since two weeks after graduating high school, where I am slowly pursuing a career in Nursing while working full time at the Dow Chemical Company. For a summer, I was a nanny for two Junior High aged girls, who I did tutor with summer school work.

Each subject would be made as visible or concrete as possible, so that the student could interact with the material on more than just a visual/conceptual level.
