Motivated to help struggling students find love of learning

As a Junior in college I made the decision to become a teacher. The decision was based on the observation that a majority of teachers are over worked and don't have the time to provide the individual attention some students require. I performed my student teaching at a small school called Central Heights. I taught Physical Education- grades K-8, Physical Education-Freshman Boys, and 3rd Grade-all subjects. Progressive, because I believe facts should not only be taught in bits and pieces, but should be put into a meaningful context that the student can understand.
