My comments on tutoring GED : I have taught students in alternative schools basic educational skills needed to either graduate from high school or earn a GED.

As an educator in math and science, subjects viewed by many students as “hard” or “boring,” I strongly believe that these fields need not be viewed this way. Teachers who have a strong background in math and science, such as myself, can more easily relate class work to everyday life and career prospects, making the subject more relevant and interesting.
