As a mechanical engineering graduate at USF, I have taken a wide variety of classes in a wide variety of fields that have broadened my horizon. I am currently persuing my Masters degree in mechanical engineering. Also, I have learned extensive grammatical skills as well as writing research papers and lab reports, along with other reports in my engineering backhround. As a foreign language graduate from USF I have achieved excellent credentialities from my former professor to obtain a post of assistantship at the same institution to teach undergraduate French level 1&2 for a period of two years. In general, teaching a course as a virtual class requires more preparation on behalf of the instructor than in a traditional course. While in the traditional case the course starts with the first day of class, in a virtual classroom the course needs to start at least two to three weeks before the beginning of the semester. The lead time is necessary in order to convey to the students all the course-related information, to clarify any misconceptions, and to answer any questions about the mechanics and contents of the course in a timely manner.
