My teaching style is very hands on. I understand that students learn in a variety of ways. Some are hands on, and need to actually get their hands on the project to understand. Some learn by seeing it. They have to see it and then maybe write it and learn by visualizing. Some learn by listening. They can listen to a lecture and hang on to every word. I believe that there are no boring subjects, only boring teachers. I teach so others may learn to find interest. My heart races when I help someone learn. My last semester I had to choose between Biology and Chemistry, due to a schedule conflict, and I chose Chemistry. After graduating, I worked toward my PhD at Montana State University for two years.
