But a person has to believe they can do it first and I believe everyone can learn and should be given the opportunity I ask a lot of questions to get the students thinking. In high school and all even through college math had always been my hardest subject. I have over 30 years of diverse accounting experience. Over this time I have been responsible for the timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns, bank reconciliations, and budgets. Is she simply bored with the subject? The approach I take with the child depends on the answers to these questions. I feel it is important for the learner to understand that there is a reason for making the effort to learn each subject.
