My area of expertise is Chemistry, however, I have tutored students in all areas of science and math. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biotechnology. I also have a PhD in Chemistry with a specialization in Biochemistry. As a teaching assistant in graduate school, I taught General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry Lab. I have been providing tutorial services for more than 10 years. My first tutorial assignment was at Edgecombe Community College in 1993. I worked one-on-one with students that were having difficulty in College Mathematics, Computer Technology, and Chemistry. Within the same year I also worked at Nash Community College tutoring students in Electronics Technology and Mathematics. In 1999, I taught middle school math. Based on my college transcripts, which displayed my engineering math courses, I was immediately promoted to teaching high school mathematics. Most of the students I taught where underachievers, repeaters, or transfers from AP courses.
