Hi! My name is Allison. I am originally from Jackson, MS and currently live in Little Rock, AR. I am a student of life and love to learn and teach! Most of my teaching experience has been in general studies with students in the range of 9 yrs to 21 yrs old. I enjoy teaching all subjects as well as study and learning skills to students of all ages. I believe in working with parents and/or students to tailor my services to meet each individual student's needs. I also have a love for teaching learning skills and test-taking skills to students with ADHD and teaching how to use the positive aspects of ADHD to your advantage as a student. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been involved in a lot of activities and feel the best way to teach is to relate to the student. As a tutor, I have worked with many different types of students and I found a way to relate the information to something they were interested in. I believe all students are capable of learning the material; it just has to be presented in a way they understand.
I received my BS degree in 2007 in pre-medicine. I majored in pre-professional zoology and I have a minor in biochemistry. I also worked at the Talent Development Center as a tutor for biology, botany, chemistry and biochemistry. I have a strong background in all science courses and maintained a 3.87 GPA throughout college.
