I love to teach and see the ideas light up the eyes of the person who suddenly got a concept. I think teaching should be adaptable and should fit the learning style of the student. Visual tasks, memory games, and hands-on-learning are, in my opinion, the best way to help someone truly learn (versus rote memory). I think that with the right guidance and put in the right environment, anyone can learn. I look forward to being that "right guidance."
I attended several schools to achieve my undergraduate degrees, both of which I worked hard to excel at the University level. I have my BS in Nuclear Medicine Technology, which permitted me to learn and acquire a great understanding in multiple areas. These areas include biology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, algebra, statistics, and beginning and intermediate levels of Spanish . In February 2011, I will be finished my MBA in Healthcare Management, which has broadened my knowledge in business courses, such as economics, accounting, marketing and finance.
