My comments on tutoring Basic Learning Skills : I taught 1st grade for 5 years in Oklahoma City. I am currently a reading specialist in Oklahoma City working with K-5.

I taught 1st grade for 5 years in Oklahoma City Public Schools. I decided to go back and get a Masters in Reading and am currently working as a reading specialist in my school. I attend and present at many professional development events. I am currently trained with LETRS and the Wilson Reading System. I am currently working with Payne Education Center on becoming a language therapist. I have presented at several events hosted by Oklahoma City Public Schools. A Little Bit About Me...

In 2006, I earned my bachelors degree in Elementary Education K- 8th grades. My cognate was concentrated in the Socials Studies areas. I have a great love of history and always traveling to learn more about interesting parts of the country. After graduation, I taught Commercial Science grades 6th thru 8th in a middle school.
