I have worked with children with all different kinds of learning styles, so I have learned over the years that you have to be flexible and mindful of the specific child that you are working with. Through my experience I have learned to be more patient, understanding and fair when I am working with the children as well as when I am grading their assignments. During the time that I worked with tutoring companies, I was able to tutor students at their homes as well as on the weekends in a school based setting.
