I have been teaching Reading Strategies and Basic Math at a community college for approximately 10 years. I have also taught pre-school, 3rd/4th in one classroom, and 5th, the last 2 classrooms were self-contained. I have experience in substitute teaching on various levels in a variety of school corporations. I also taught one year of elementary art for a parochial school. In previous work evaluations my supervisor has described my teaching style as "Experiential". I have a passion to teach with example and hands on practial skills. I created a game in which to teach parents and children how to get rid of their "hang ups".
