I have lived in Mexico and Costa Rica after studying Spanish throughout high school and college. I prefer one on one or a small group no larger than five. I am patient and appreciate questions the student has so that I may better serve them. I have tutored on and off for the past 12 years. I have tutored people from 5th grade to age 50. I have much experience tutoring any type of math up to Algebra II. I have also tutored in Spanish on numerous occasions. I have lived in Mexico and Costa Rica which has really made my Spanish skills solid.

As a certified translator and an aspiring interpreter, the Spanish language is a major part of my life and I thoroughly enjoy sharing it with interested students. I've always loved languages. In high school I started studying German, Spanish and French. At the university level, I continued with German and Spanish (majoring in both), and also took two semesters of Portuguese. I studied abroad twice, spending a year in Bonn, Germany, and a semester in Buenos Aires, Argentina. On the local level, I've tutored Spanish and conversational English.
