My comments on tutoring French : I have a reading knowledge of French.

I have done private tutoring of high school students in math from pre-algebra to calculus and in other subjects. I have also home schooled adopted daughters from lower grades to high school level, including teaching English as a second language. In graduate school I was a teaching assistant in an electric machinery laboratory for non-electrical engineering majors. My own experience with standardized tests includes having taken the ACT in 1971 with scores ranging from 22 (76th percentile) in English to 31 (97th percentile) in math with a composite of 27 (93rd percentile) and having passed the GRE in 1975. I earned my BA in Business administration where I have completed my degree in Amman-Jordan, After my education, I began working with United Colors of Benetton for the entire Jordanian market in which I held a position as a buyer, this opportunity allowed me to travel and also exposed me to many challenging opportunities and also opened many doors in regards to my language skills which I am fluent in Arabic, French and English. I have taught for 20+ years in Germany (mainly Math, English and Reading) and for 4 years in Kansas City, MO. There I taught all core subjects: Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies.
