I developed a strong interst in becoming an educator when I was in college. I have a master of education degree and a teaching credential. I worked as a teacher in Charlotte, Boston, San Francisco and Tchibanga (in Gabon, Africa). Later I worked at UC Berkeley as the coordinator of an educational program.
