My comments on tutoring Spanish : Because Spanish is my second language, I understand the difficulties that may arise while learning a new language. I have studied and used Spanish for 27 years.

After 10 years as a portrait photographer, having learned to correct, retouch, and manipulate photos with Photoshop, I entered the graphic design field. My comments on tutoring Spanish : Communication Based teaching strategies. I had been teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language for the last 8 years, the first four in a middle school and the last four in a high School.Certify with the State of Texas in 2010 as Spanish Teacher and recently graduate of a dual master program in Linguistic Applied and Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I had been teaching Spanish for the last 8 years, but the last four are very successful. The results amazed my college students who are also Spanish speakers, but not graduate from HS. My Spanish learners have all different background indians, asians, anglosajones, afro american, persians, etc, but all of them have one thing in common: to learn Spanish as a second or third language. Work in Plano ISD as a full time Spanish Teacher right now and or the last two years. I had teach in the past all levels, literature and prepare some students college test.
Communicative Approach is my favorite method because is based on the idea that learning language successfully comes through having to communicate real meaning.
