A Little Bit About Me...

A diverse education at Wesleyan University has prepared me to tutor many high school subjects. I earned my BA at Wesleyan in Music but I almost double majored in Environmental Science. The high expectations of professors at Wesleyan pushed me to greatly improve my writing ability, with my music thesis earning me honors in music. Environmental sciences sharpened my science and mathematic ability. Extensive courses in music prepared me to tutor music students in any background or concentration.
I greatly enjoy finding a way to inspire a child to understand the problem at hand. I studied education at Montclair State University for 4 years but I have a always been a teacher. From leadership roles in high school to corporate training, I have a talent for being able to boil subjects down to their basics and provide true understanding. My strongest subjects are Math, Music, and Literature. I can also do work in Science, English and Humanities/Social Studies.
