Get a personal approach to resume writing

My resume was atrocious, but I have completely turned that around, and I can for you. I have extensively studied effective resume writing and various preferred formatting by employers. Most resumes are able to be improved within two hours, but you have to be willing to make that change. A good resume is one that passes the 30 second test. Does yours?
My teaching style is hands on. I always try to make sure you understand the reason behind every change. Ultimately the resume is yours, so if you are 100% uncomfortable with a change, we can work around it. I just have studied and perfected resume formatting and conventions that I hope to use to help others get a their dream job.

Some of us learn by mostly hearing or saying; some of us learn by mostly seeing and looking; and some of us learn by mostly doing, using touch and moving parts of our bodies or things. I retired from teaching after thirty one years in a variety of places. I began teaching English and drama in 1974 in Alleghany County, Virginia. After two years there, I moved to Sussex County, Virginia, where I taught for one year. I got married in 1977, and taught in Charleston, South Carolina where my husband was stationed while he was in the Navy. In 1979, I returned to Sussex and taught another year before finally coming home to Goochland, Virginia. I spent the remainder of my teaching career there.
