Geography is one of my top subjects! Able to tutor/teach all elements of Geography/Social Studies as made relevant in the American classroom today.

I believe in tutoring so that the child receives feedback and fully understands his/her own limitations and how to overcome obstacles in class. Many children lack positivity in the methodology! I also believe that using art instruction helps children to learn in a more creative manner.
I have over of 30 years of progressive experience in tutoring young children in the elementary years of education in all subject matter areas. My specialty is literacy and reading, but I am also adept in teaching all of the math curricula as well. I also firmly believe that teaching organizational skills and proper research methodologies are very important for the classroom today--and every child needs these skills in order to excel in the classroom and survive. With two daughters (15 and 11) and experience teaching teenagers from as young as 9 years on I have the patience and experience to teach all children.
