As a meteorologist visiting students I split my time up between lecture, group activities, visual experiments, and exciting weather video. I even had a section where the children helped me forecast and could stand in front of the camera and report the weather. I designed this lesson plan on purpose to hit on all the different learning needs of the students. A Little Bit About Me...

I really enjoy kids and helping them to think highly of themselves above all. I do not have any direct teaching experience, however I have done many hours of volunteering at my former church. Kids take to me. I know how to talk to them, without talking down to them.

Upon my decision to return to college and obtain my BS degree, it was discovered that I possessed an uncanny, natural talent involving all aspects of the studies surrounding English. Reading, comprehension, symbolism, poetry, creative writing, poise, maturitym ,ect. After that placement exam, it was decided that I did not have to take any English courses, or, I would take more advanced courses. I did choose the latter. Throughout the last 10 years, I have helped my husband, brother, all of my children, etc. I have tutored them on how to write a well developed paper on their topic of choice, and have it read showing the expertise of the writer.
