Genetics is one of my top subjects! I have been a genetics counselor for 13 years. Masters degree in genetic counseling from Arcadia University. I am also certified as a genetic counselor. Worked as a genetic counselor in a prenatal setting, metabolics, newborn screening, and molecular genetics. My expertise is in metabolic genetics but all human genetics is in my range of experience. I can also assist with the certification exam for genetic counseling.

I have been a genetic counselor for 13 years from an accredited college in Pennsylvania. First, I worked as a prenatal counselor but switched to newborn screening and metabolic genetics for the majority of my career. I earned certification as a genetic counselor in 2009. I have taught high school students the basics of genetics in a classroom as well as taught masters degree students.
I believe students learn in different ways so I will make sure to provide different formats to allow the student to achieve learning success. I believe that learning is best achieved in a comfortable, nothreatening enviroment. People learn best when they understand the importance of the material being taught, something I strive to convey to my students.
