I have my degree in Elementary Education. I have had experience teaching large class sizes, but I have also spent a lot of time in small group reading instruction, and I have worked in small group math. I tutored a kindergarten girl to improve her phonemic awareness. I tutored Language Arts in elementary school after school hours. I worked at a day care for 5 years and helped students with their homework after school.

Many of my peers just needed a different way to have the information presented to them. They needed to be outside of the classroom. They needed to feel comfortable. I gave them all those things as well as encouragement.
