As a graduate of one of the top state schools in New York, I have always believed in the importance of education. I have a BA in art studio, 2 years of biology/chemistry, and Calculus I&II, which has given me a well rounded education. I have also developed a higher level of writing skills through my research papers and laboratory write-ups. My latin classes have given me a better understanding of vocabulary and the derivatives of different languages from latin. A Little Bit About Me...

I am qualified to tutor writing, basic computer, reading, basic math, learning, biology, organic chemistry, genetics, geography, and various exams, all from college-level experiences. I had a scientific book in Barnes and Noble, ample graduate-level coursework in Education, experience as a High School teacher, and lived abroad. I have a B.S. in plant biotech from Cornell.
I enjoy earnest and humble students, learning with and from them. I feel uncomfortable not learning laterally as well as vertically, seeing that to be knowledgeable, one must not just memorize but ruminate on what was memorized, making as many lateral connections as expedient. I like to simply direct and expand a student's learning as opposed to an artifactual accomplishment; however, my premiere obligation is punctual achievement of task.

I hold a BS from St. Bonaventure University in Elementary Education, and a Master’s Degree in Integrating Technology into the Classroom from Walden University. I graduated 7th of 645 from St. Bonaventure, where I focused on teaching with hands-on activities and technology infused lessons. My teaching experience includes being the director of an After School Program focused on reading and a long-term substitute, teaching one on one special education and substituting in regular classrooms from PreK to 9th grade.
